Boy Was Taken Around 5 P.M. Saturday Afternoon

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Police are searching for a woman wanted for custodial interference.

According to police, 3-year-old Ladavion Brooks’ aunt took him from his stroller without permission on Saturday around 5 p.m. outside his home in the Highbridge section of the Bronx.

Geraldine Brooks, 25, then took off with the little boy in an unknown direction.

Police announced Ladavion Brooks was found and is in good health around 3 p.m. Sunday. Geraldine Brooks remains at large, police said.

Geraldine Brooks is a black woman last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants.
