Goats Back In Custody After Brief Escape In N.J.
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Hey, if you eat poison ivy, you're bound to do something rash.
Nearly a dozen goats are back in custody Friday afternoon after a brief escape Thursday in New Jersey. The animals were brought to the Sandy Hook recreation area to munch through acres of poison ivy.
Because the area is so infested by the plant, the National Park Service brought in the goats to stop the overgrowth.
But after somebody forgot to then on the animals' electric fence, the goats went on the lam.
They were rounded up in about thirty minutes.
