Mobile Couch: X-treme Pogo

NEW YORK (WLNY) -- TV 10-55's Alex Denis took a trip down to Washington Square Park where some people were flying high for a good cause.

Extreme Pogo athlete, James Roumeliotis, attempted to break the World Record of "Most Consecutive Jumps on a Pogo Stick" for the charity Bounce To A Cure.

The last person to break this record was William Hanrahan in 1976, and James' attempt to beat it will kick off Pogopalooza 10, the 10th World Championships of Extreme Pogo where athletes from around the globe will pull off major stunts on next generation high performance pogo sticks throughout the weekend in NYC.
