Report: Man Charged With Secretly Filming People Through Windows

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man was charged this week with surreptitiously filming women through their open windows from an elevated subway platform in the South Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, according to a published report.

Gabriel Cardona, 24, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday after he was allegedly caught filming a woman masturbating through a window visible from the Marcy Avenue J train stop, the New York Post reported.

Upon being arrested, Cardona allegedly protested that he was not planning to place the video "on YouTube," but that it was "a thrill" for him and he only intended to show his girlfriend, a law enforcement source told the newspaper.

He was charged with unlawful surveillance, according to a published report.
