David Cassidy Of 'Partridge Family' Fame Arrested For DWI
CASTLETON, N.Y. (CBSNewYork) - Some police officers in upstate New York are definitely not getting happy about the latest performance by David Cassidy.
Cassidy was arrested early Tuesday for Driving While Intoxicated and failure to dim headlights, Town of Schodack Police said.
Cassidy, 63, is perhaps best known for his role in "The Partridge Family" and sang on their hits "I Think I Love You" and "Come On Get Happy," along with numerous others.
Cassidy was arraigned and held on $2,500 bail.
He's due to appear in court September 4.
Schodack is located outside of Albany.
