NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner was involved in a minor fender bender Saturday morning on the Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive.

“This morning, on the FDR drive, there was a chain reaction car accident. It was not clear whether Weiner was on his way to the airport for a 50th anniversary commemoration of the 1963 March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom at the time. Weiner did eventually make it to Washington, D.C.
