CBS, Time Warner Announce Fee Agreement

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- There was good news for 1.2-million cable subscribers in the New York area on Monday night.

CBS returned to Time Warner Cable on channel 2, CBS 2 reported.

Also returning to Time Warner Cable were Showtime, CBS Sports Network, and The Smithsonian Channel.

CBS and Time Warner announced an agreement on fees paid by time Warner to CBS to air programming just in time for the fall TV and NFL season.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Programming on all networks resumed at 6 p.m. on Monday.
