Man Sought In Connection With Attempted Robbery In The Bronx

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police are asking for the public's health in tracking down a man who attempted to rob a woman in the Bronx last week.

A 32-year-old woman was entering her apartment building in the Morris Heights section of the Bronx around 6 a.m. Tuesday when the suspect followed her inside, displayed a silver handgun and demanded money, police said.

The suspect rooted through in the victim's pockets but fled the scene empty-handed. The woman was not injured.

Police are looking for Reginal Davis, 31, who stands 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds.
