NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) — The NYPD has asked the public for help in tracking down a man wanted in connection with a murder that took place in 1992.

The suspect was identified as Wade Arthur, 42, who was 22 years old at the time of the killing. Arthur has been described as a black male, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds.
