ST. LOUIS, M.O. (CBSNewYork) — Rangers backup goaltender Martin Biron starts in St. Louis on Saturday night against the undefeated St. Louis Blues. Head coach Alain Vigneault announced on Friday that Biron would get the start at Scottrade Center.

Saturday night will be Biron’s first start of the season. He came in relief of Lundqvist during Tuesday’s humiliating 9-2 loss to the San Jose Sharks.
