NEW YORK (WLNY) — Japanese cuisine is a favorite of many restaurant goers.

Executive chef of Koi Restaurant, Nobuhiro Hamazaki, stopped by The Couch to show how to make his favorite sushi roll using seaweed, white rice, wasabi-flavored sesame seeds, mushrooms, tempura flakes, scallops, cranberry sauce and wasabi.

“If you have the knowledge everybody can do it,” Hamazaki said.
