Cops Seek Suspects In Halloween Night Jewelry Store Robbery

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in tracking down four individuals wanted in connection with a robbery at a Queens jewelry store.

At 6:35 p.m. on Halloween, the suspects walked into the Virani Jewelers on 37th Ave and announced a robbery. A suspect whose face was covered by a Halloween mask, brandished a firearm and forced an employee into the back office to open a safe while two other suspects gathered jewelry and a fourth guarded the front door.

The suspects fled the location with an undetermined amount of jewelry that included necklaces, rings, and rope chains.

One of the suspects was described as being 'dark skinned' all of the suspects were described as Hispanic males.
