Cops Seek Four In Connection With Attempted Robbery At Jane Hotel

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD is asking the public for help in tracking down four suspects wanted in connection with an attempted robbery that took place in the West Village.

Shortly before 5 a.m. on November 9, the suspects entered the Jane Hotel at 113 Jane Street wearing hooded clothing. One suspect brandished a firearm and demanded money from the desk clerk.

An employee was struck in the head with a firearm while the other suspects demanded that he get them money from a back office, police said.

The suspects eventually fled the scene without any money.
