NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A man was struck and killed late Friday in a hit-and-run incident in Brooklyn.
Police were called to Flatbush Avenue and East 34th Street, in the Flatlands section of Brooklyn, around 10:30 p.m. Friday. Bramble was found unconscious and unresponsive at the scene with major head trauma, police said. He was pronounced dead shortly afterward at Beth Israel Medical Center.READ MORE: New York City Begins Offering Pfizer Vaccine To Kids Ages 12-15 After CDC Approval
The driver sped off after striking Bramble, police said.
