Lamoriello Says 20-Year-Old Forward Will Make Debut Vs. Montreal

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — The New Jersey Devils announced on Wednesday that forward Ryan Carter has been placed on the injured reserve, retroactive to Nov. 30.

Carter has three goals and two assists in 24 games this season.

The Devils have called up 20-year-old forward Reid Boucher. General manager Lou Lamoriello told reporters that Boucher will make his NHL debut against the Montreal Canadiens on Wednesday night.

Boucher had 18 points in 21 games with Albany of the AHL.
