Police: Woman Caught With More Than 6 Pounds Of Cocaine At JFK

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- There was a shocking find at customs at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Friday.

A woman named Erika Rodriguez was caught with more than 6 pounds of cocaine stuffed inside of hair product containers, according to authorities.

Inspectors became suspicious because the containers felt unusually heavy, CBS 2 reported.

Rodriguez had just flown in from the Dominican Republic. She faces narcotic smuggling charges.
