Plane Veers Off Of Runway At Essex County Airport

FAIRFIELD, N.J.(CBSNewYork) -- A plane made a crash landing at a New Jersey airport on Monday.

Investigators said that the plane veered off of the runway at the Essex County Airport, hit a snow bank, and flipped over.

The incident happened just before 7 p.m. The pilot, a 46-year-old from Brooklyn, suffered a minor leg injury.
