Cops Seek Suspect In Criminal Mischief Incident At Harlem Church
NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- The NYPD has asked the public for help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with criminal mischief that took place in Harlem.
Shortly after midnight on March 22, a suspect climbed over a locked church fence on West 123rd Street, removed letters from a church board, and spray painted graffiti on the board.
