Bronx Man, Corey Glover, Charged In Connection With Series Of Slashings

NEW YORK(CBSNewYork) -- A Bronx man has been charged in connection with a series of assaults that left five men with lacerations to their faces on Saturday morning.

Between 7 and 11 a.m. on Saturday, five male victims ranging in age from 34 to 50 were approached and slashed on the face. Four of the attacks took place in the vicinity of East 148th Street and Willis Ave, a fifth attack took place near Oak Terrace and Crimmins Avenue, police said.

The victims were taken to Lincoln Hospital.

On Sunday, Corey Glover, 28, was charged with five counts of felony assault in connection with the slashings.
