Jersey City Boy, 15, Arrested For Allegedly Posting Video Of Sex Act With 13-Year-Old On Facebook
JERSEY CITY, N.J. (CBSNewYork) - A 15-year-old boy is facing charges in northern New Jersey over a video on Facebook that shows him engaged in a sex act with a 13-year-old girl.
As WCBS 880's Levon Putney reported, the 15-year-old was arrested Wednesday at Dickinson High School in Jersey City. He is accused of videotaping a sexual encounter with a classmate and then posting it on Facebook, according to the Hudson County Prosecutor's office.

Some classmates said the incident reflects poorly on the whole school.
"At least try to act like you got some sense," a freshman told Putney.
"If he was, smart he probably would have kept that a secret or something," another student said.
"You put your business out there like that, you know you live at home with your mom, what is she going to say to you," said another freshman.
Police said the video was taken down.
The boy faces two counts of invasion of privacy.
