Report: Porn Traffic Takes Nosedive During NFL Draft

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Football fans had their hands full with the NFL Draft on Thursday night.

PornHub, a popular online pornography website, saw a 15 percent decrease in traffic during the first round of last week's draft, according to TMZ.

But they didn't stay away for long as PornHub's numbers went "through the roof" to the tune of 40 million site-goers on Friday, TMZ reported.

We've seen this before. PornHub said its traffic in the U.S. took a 29-percent nosedive during February's Super Bowl but rebounded in a big way, especially in Denver, where the site saw an 11 percent bump after the Broncos lost the big game.

Meanwhile, the NFL continues to be good for business on family friendly screens. Thursday's draft drama -- highlighted by Johnny Manziel sliding to No. 22 overall -- was gangbusters for ESPN and NFL Network, who set a new record of 32 million combined viewers tuned in for Round 1.
