Mavs Owner Mark Cuban: 'We're All Prejudiced' In Some Way

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- In a candid video interview with Inc., Mark Cuban gave an honest -- some would say too honest -- take about his thoughts on bigotry.

Among other things, the Mavericks' owner stated, "We're all prejudiced in one way or the other."

The interview comes in the wake of Donald Sterling being banned from the NBA for making racist comments.

"If I see a black kid in a hoodie and it's late at night, I'm walking to the other side of the street," Cuban said. "And if on that side of the street there's a guy that has tattoos all over his face -- white guy, bald head, tattoos everywhere -- I'm walking back to the other side of the street. And the list goes on of stereotypes that we all live up to and are fearful of."

Cuban was supported by some but heavily criticized by others for his statements.

He's taken to Twitter to defend himself, and went after Bleacher Report in particular after being upset with how the website covered his interview.

He also got into a lengthy back-and-forth exchange with ESPN's Bomani Jones.
