Police: Student Stabs Another Student During Fight At Liberty H.S.

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- One person is in custody following a stabbing at a high school in Sullivan County Friday.

A student at Liberty High School in Liberty, N.Y., was stabbed by another student during an argument, police said.

A third student also suffered minor cuts.

All students were being treated off campus and the stabbing suspect is custody, police said.

All of the injuries are considered not life-threatening.

The school was immediately placed on lockdown, which has since been lifted and classes have resumed.
