Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Back At Lincoln Center
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Modern dance returns to Lincoln Center this month.
The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater runs through June 22. It's the renowned dance company's second year performing at the iconic venue.

"It's just really a destination," Rober Battle, Alvin Ailey's artistic director, told CBS 2's Dana Tyler. "And it's a chance to have new people, new audiences see the company because so many people, tourists, come to Lincoln Center for the destination. And then to see this company, which is a destination company at Lincoln Center, is a marvelous pair."
