Man, Woman Dead In Suspected Murder-Suicide In Queens
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A man and woman were found shot to death in Flushing, Queens Monday evening, in a suspected murder-suicide.
Police told CBS 2 that just before 6 p.m., the 51-year-old man shot the 46-year-old woman outside 41st Avenue near College Point Boulevard in Queens.
The man then turned the gun on himself, police said.
The man and woman were both found lying on the sidewalk, and were pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
Police identified the woman as Ya Ling Meng, and the man as Xie Bin of Flushing.
Police told CBS 2 the man and woman were "known" to each other. Their exact relationship was not immediately learned.
