COMMACK, N.Y. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- Commack school officials are investigating after another photograph surfaced, apparently showing a high school student on school grounds wearing an inappropriate shirt.

The photo surfaced a week after two other pictures appeared on Twitter showing several Commack High School students wearing T-shirts spelling out the word "rape."

School officials released a statement Tuesday saying the new photograph "depicts a word that is in clear violation of our Code of Conduct.'' It did not say what word was used.

School officials promised that students found responsible will face the applicable consequences, WCBS 880's Mike Xirinachs reported.
