Port Authority: Two Planes Collide On JFK Runway; No Injuries
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- The tail of a Delta jet got banged up in an accident on the runway at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Sunday.
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey said the Delta aircraft and a Royal Jordanian plane collided, CBS 2 reported.
Both planes were arriving with passengers on board, officials said. No injuries were reported.
In 2011, two planes slammed into each other while taxing at JFK. The incident was caught on surveillance video.
