Truck Jumps Curb, Crashes Into Scaffolding In Midtown
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- No one was hurt after scaffolding collapsed Wednesday morning in Midtown.
It happened on 38th and Broadway just before 7 a.m.
A truck jumped the curb and slammed into the scaffolding. The FDNY said the impact sent a 65-foot section of the scaffolding onto West 38th and the sidewalk below.
Video from the scene showed debris from the scaffolding scattered across the roadway.
