Prosecutors Cross-Examine Gigi Jordan In Murder Trial

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A millionaire mother who has admitted to killing her autistic child with prescription pills has wrapped up her fourth and final day on the witness stand, and is now under cross examination by the prosecutor.

As WCBS 880's Irene Cornell reported, Gigi Jordan admits that she intentionally poisoned her son Jude, but that she did it to save him from torture and sex abuse by dozens of people, from babysitters and relatives she names, as well as to save him from a murder plot allegedly hatched by her ex-husband.

Cross Examination Continues In Murder Trial Against Gigi Jordan

It's a defense that leaves the head spinning as Jordan documents in well over 100 notes she said she exchanged with her son -- what she called her conversations with the non-verbal child.

Jordan testified he told her about abuse with bizarre satanic elements - from being forced to drink blood and kill animals to being zapped with electricity.

At one point she said Jude typed 'I want to aggressively punish God,' Cornell reported.

The prosecutor, telegraphing his own disbelief, asked "your 6.5-year-old son on the first night he ever typed, typed out this?" To which Jordan replied "Yes," Cornell reported.
