Suspect Charged With Taking Upskirt Video Of Woman In Midtown East
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A suspect has been arrested and charged with taking an upskirt video of a 19-year-old woman while riding through Midtown East on a bicycle.
Jorge Canizares, 54, of the Bronx, was charged with unlawful surveillance in connection with the August incident.
Around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, the suspect rode up to the woman in front of 949 Third Ave., near 57th Street, and placed a video camera under her dress while the camera was recording, police said.
The woman confronted the man, and he rode off, police said.
