Livingston, NJ Salon Raises Awareness For 'Movember'
Livingston, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – It's the first day of November, also known as "Movember."
That means you'll be seeing lots of men growing facial hair for a good cause.
On Saturday, Dieci Uomo Salon for men in Livingston, N.J., offered a men's haircut and shave for the price of one.
The purpose of Movember is to raise awareness of men's health issues like prostate cancer.
It's a special cause for the salon's owner, who lost her father to cancer.
The salon will also donate 10 percent of all their profit from Saturday and from November 29.
