Rolle On WFAN: Giants Are 'Not Playing With Enough Passion'

NEW YORK (WFAN) -- The Giants lost their third straight game on Monday night, a 40-24 drubbing at the hands of the Indianapolis Colts at MetLife Stadium.

The losses are piling up, and defensive captain Antrel Rolle can't stomach much more of it.

"Losing, I've had enough, man," the three-time Pro Bowler told WFAN co-hosts Joe Benigno and Evan Roberts in his weekly spot on Tuesday. "I've seriously had enough. So, right now, what we need to do as coaches and players ... lay it on the line. Call it what it is. Call a spade to spade. You don't need to save anyone's butt at this point. It is what it is. If a player's messing up, call him out. If they're not getting the job done, call him out."

The playmaking safety doesn't think that it's a lack of talent holding the G-Men back. The always-fiery Rolle believes that it comes down to desire and passion, and he's not seeing enough of that from his teammates.

"I feel like our entire team (is not playing with enough passion)," Rolle told Joe & Evan. "The entire team. I'm not saying that we're not playing with passion. I'm saying we're not playing with enough passion. We're not playing with enough attitude. You've gotta go over and beyond, especially being in a position that we're in. We're 3-5! We shouldn't go out there and be relaxed about anything."

The Giants' next three games are quite daunting. After taking on the Seahawks at CenturyLink Field next week, Big Blue will host the 49ers and the division-rival Cowboys.
