Police: Man Killed By Bronx D Train Was Pushed Onto Tracks
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) -- A man was struck and killed by a southbound D train after being pushed onto the tracks Sunday morning, police said.
The deadly collision happened around 8:40 a.m. at Grand Concourse and East 167th Street.
Wai Kuen Kwok, 61, of the Bronx, was with his 59-year-old wife, who watched the horrifying events unfold. She was not injured, but was taken to a hospital because she was emotionally distraught.

Witnesses told police they saw a man push the victim before running out of the station and catching a Bx35 bus, authorities told CBS2's Ilana Gold.
"One of the guys pushed the other off the tracks," witness Alfredo Brown said.
Police released surveillance video of a person of interest in the incident and are asking for the public's help in identifying him.
Police said they're following up on some leads, but so far no arrest has been made. It's not clear what led to the fatal shove.
The two did not exchange words, there was no struggle and it does not look like an attempted robbery, police said.
A family member who answered the couple's door does not want to be identified but wants people to know what kind of person Kwok was.
"He was a good man, a family man, provided for his family," he told CBS2.
Straphangers say the incident has left them uneasy.
"It's scary because it could happen to me, it could happen to you, it could happen to our family, it could happen to anybody," Anthony, who was a few stops away when he was told his train was out of service, told 1010 WINS' Kevin Rincon. "So it just makes you want to be aware of everybody around."

"It's a shame you can't ride on a train no more," another man said. "It's not safe to ride on the train."
Service on the D line was suspended in both directions through mid-afternoon, but had been restored as of 2:45 p.m.
There have been three other incidents in recent years that involved a person being pushed onto the tracks.
In April 2013, a train ran over a man desperately clawing at a Manhattan subway platform after being pushed onto the tracks by a homeless suspect with whom he'd been arguing.
In December 2012, another homeless man was arrested for pushing a Queens straphanger in front of a Times Square train that fatally crushed him.
And later the same month, a mumbling woman pushed a man to his death in front of a subway train in Queens.
