12/4 CBS2 Thursday Morning Weather Headlines

By Giorgio Panetta, CBS 2 Chief Meteorologist/Weather Producer

Morning all!

Chilly air grips the region again this morning. So much for mild starts in the 40s like yesterday.

But the sun makes a grand re-entry today! We need to appreciate the sunny days moving forward this time of year. Clouds tend to dominate the skies.

Tonight, we drop back into the 30s. Friday starts off mostly clear but by mid afternoon clouds thicken up and temps cap in the upper 40s.

There is some rain in those clouds, and by 11 p.m. or so we can expect showers into your weekend.

Sunday is now looking like the better half. It's trending drier, so that would bring a nicer finish to the weekend.

Monday and Tuesday look unsettled again with temps in the upper 40s for both days. However, neither day looks like a total washout as of now.
