Man Killed In Crash On Ocean Parkway In Kensington, Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- A 66-year-old man was killed Monday in a two-vehicle accident in Kensington, Brooklyn.

Around 10:15 a.m., police were called for a crash at Ditmas Avenue and Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn.

Jose Hoffman had been driving a 1997 GMC south on Ocean Parkway, when he struck a 2004 Ford from behind, police said.

Hoffman was taken to Maimonides Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The NYPD Collision Investigation Squad was probing the accident late Monday.
