Light Of Day Foundation's Winterfest Raises Money For Parkinson's Research
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- An event that started as a birthday party is now celebrating an anniversary of its own.
The Light of Day Foundation's Winterfest main event is going on in Asbury Park, New Jersey Saturday.
CBS2's Diane Macedo spoke with Joe D'Urso, who is on the board of directors for Light of Day, about the fundraising event for Parkinson's disease research and awareness.

Light of Day was founded by D'Urso's music manager, Bob Benjamin, after he was diagnosed with Parkinson's 17 years ago. The foundation is celebrating its 15th anniversary this year.
