Snow Falls In Ocean, Monmouth Counties; Teen Flips SUV
BRICK, N.J. (CBSNewYork) -- A storm was moving into Ocean and Monmouth counties late Wednesday afternoon is expected to bring upward of 2 inches of snow.
Around 5 p.m., there was a steady stream of snow on Lanes Mill Road in Brick Township, and road visibility had worsened, CBS2's Tracee Carrasco.

Earlier in Toms River, just as the snow began to fall, a 17-year-old driver skidded off the road, hit a utility pole and then flipped his SUV over, Carrasco reported.
As of 6 p.m., there had not been much accumulation on the ground, but roads were slick, Carrasco reported.
"Definitely better safer than sorry to move slow on the road right now," one man said. "It's been snowing bad for a few hours, so the conditions are icy, but I'm sure it's going to be worse in the morning when it freezes over."
Black ice is a concern for the morning commute.
CBS2 meteorologist Lonnie Quinn said the storm would not be a huge one, but could be problematic for motorists heading south of New York City on Wednesday evening.
The storm was expected to leave anywhere from a dusting to an inch of snow in and around the city, Quinn said.
