JACKSON, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) — New Jersey authorities have decided the pictures on social media of a teenage girl dressing herself like Hitler, and a popular Orthodox Jewish gathering spot with the caption “perfect bombing time,” did not amount to criminal acts.

Al Della Fave, a spokesman for the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office, told the Asbury Park Press the pro-Hitler images posted by the Jackson teen and others never posed a danger to the community.
