Cops responded to a call around 12:30 p.m. near the Macy’s and found Nicholas Diblasi, of Park Ridge, New Jersey, sitting on the floor conscious, dazed and seemingly intoxicated, authorities said.

“He informed our officers that he, on a bet from a friend, had jumped off the second floor, which is about 20 feet,” Clarkstown police Sgt. Glenn Cummings told WCBS 880.
