Miss P is related to Uno, the only other beagle to win top honors at the nation’s most prominent dog show.
Miss P, a tri-color beagle weighing about 30 pounds, was crowned champion in a dog show world shocker, beating six other finalists selected from nearly 3,000 competitors.
