Snow will arrive in our western suburbs of New Jersey/Hudson Valley late this morning, with snow entering NYC by the lunchtime hour. Expect steadier snow developing by the evening with a wintry mix in the late evening. Looks like 2-4″ in NYC (though some 4.5-5″ reports can’t be ruled out), a coating to 2″ for the Jersey Shore and 4-6″ (with locally 7″) in the Lower Hudson Valley and far NW New Jersey.
Monday morning’s commute looks dry (as in no precip falling from the sky), but will likely be icy/slushy. Temps actually creep up to the 40 degree mark with breaks of sunshine! Tuesday, more clouds move in with some rain/snow showers possible.MORE NEWS: Long Island Preparing For Potential Flooding, Power Outages As Rain And Wind Pick Up
