6 ounces fresh fettuccine

3 oz dry salami

4 baby Yukon gold potatoes

Five grape tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

2 oz chopped parsley.


In a pot of salted boiling water add your fresh pasta and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.

In a sauté pan, heat up the olive oil. Add sliced garlic salami and sliced potatoes together.

Let cook for 3 to 5 minutes adding pasta water for the consistency as needed.

Now add tomatoes cook for a minute. Then add the fresh pasta and let all simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Garnish with parsley.
