Cyclists Ending 4-Day Journey From Sandy Hook Elementary School To Washington
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- More than two dozen cyclists will end a four-day trek from Newtown, Connecticut to the nation's capital Tuesday.
The 26 cyclists began the journey at Sandy Hook Elementary School, where 20 students and six educators were killed in 2012.
The group -- dubbed Team 26 -- said the trip is to honor the victims and promote legislation aimed at curbing gun violence.
