Police Release Sketch Of Flushing, Queens Serial Groping Suspect

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Police released a sketch Wednesday night of a serial groper who has been targeting girls in Flushing, Queens.

Police said the suspect has struck three times since November. All the attacks have taken place between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m., when the teens were heading to school.

The suspect allegedly grabbed either the buttocks or the crotch area of the girls over their clothing, police said.

He struck at the following times and locations:

• Around 7 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 6, at 136th Street and 60th Avenue. The victim was a 15-year-old girl;

• Around 7:50 a.m. Wednesday, March 11, in front of 132-34 58th Ave. The victim was a 13-year-old girl;

• Around 7:30 a.m. Monday, March 23, at 136th Street and 59th Avenue. The victim was a 19-year-old woman.

The NYPD has released clear surveillance video of the suspect, who was last seen wearing blue jeans, a grey hooded sweatshirt and a green jacket. He was described as a white male about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing about 170 pounds, with a slim build.

Police have also released clear surveillance video.
