NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — A brush fire broke out Monday evening in Prospect Park in Brooklyn.

The fire was reported at 8:20 p.m. in the park across from 163 Prospect Park West, according to the FDNY.

The fire was out by 10:20 p.m., CBS2 reported.

The cause of the fire and other information were not available late Monday.
