Pedestrian Struck On Hylan Boulevard In Staten Island

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A man has been rushed to the hospital after getting hit by a car on Hylan Boulevard in Staten Island.

The accident occurred near Adams Avenue at around 9:15 a.m.

The man suffered a serious injury to his leg, authorities told CBS2.

It is believed the victim may have been an UPS driver unloading packages at the time of the accident, authorities said.
