FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBSNewYork) – A fire destroyed a home in Franklin Township, New Jersey, Saturday afternoon.

Photos from the scene show flames coming out of the windows of a home on Willow Avenue.

Police say the blaze started around 2:30 p.m.

When crews arrived, they found four women inside the home.

All four suffered smoke inhalation and were taken to area hospitals, the Franklin Township Police Department said.

Investigators are looking into what may have caused the fire. Officials say the fire does not appear to be suspicious in nature.
