Man Dead After Being Found Naked, Beaten On Newark Street
NEWARK, N.J. (CBSNewYork/AP) -- A man has died of his injuries after being found naked and beaten on a street in Newark earlier this week.
A possible motive for the attack on Robert Hayes, 20, has not been determined.
Hayes, of Newark, was found Thursday morning in the area of Highland and Verona avenues in the city's North Ward. He was taken to a hospital, but died there later in the day.
Essex County prosecutors say the incident is under investigation, but they did not disclose further details.
No arrests have been made.
