JB Smoove paid Boomer and Craig a visit in the Allstate Studio on Thursday morning, and the host of "Four Courses with JB Smoove" kept on his sunglasses for the majority of the time.

JB will be performing his stand-up act at Carolines on Broadway beginning tonight (Aug. 27) through Saturday, and he claims to be able to bench at least 250 pounds.
