2 pork cutlets, seasoned with salt and pepper.

8 brussel sprouts, halved.

1 shallot, minced.

Extra Virgin olive oil as needed.

Drizzle of warmed honey.


In a hot sauté pan, begin to soften shallots with EVOO. Separately, place the halved brussels sprouts in a pan of hot oil and reduce heat, allow them to caramelize, sautéing as needed.

Once shallots are soft, place pork cutlets in pan and begin to sear.

Drizzle honey on them and flip over  a few times to rub in the shallots and honey to coat meat.

Serve together hot.
